TRAINING | COACHING  REQUIREMENTS

  1. To begin the sport, you will need the necessary sport outfit. One does not require shoes as it is done barefoot.
  2. You will also need a gymn to train and eventually another secure a sporting match for evaluation of your skills or for competitive purposes.
  3. In case you don’t have a trainer to teach you kickboxing, you can learn from video tutorials online or attending live kickboxing events to watch the sport live then practicing the same.
